Any Bubbletop car is very desireable but a fully restored frame off car as this one is stands alone. The car an original 11837 (bubbletop) is very straight with no rust issues. The floors are finished in the same color as the outside of the car. The frame was refinished in slick black base/clear and it is very detailed with new steering, suspension and underbody plumbing. The exterior is again very nice with very slick paint and chrome. The glass is all very nice as well as the weatherstriping. The bumpers were rechromed and look amazing also. The powerplant is a mid seventies 350 V8 with 461/462 casting 300hp heads. The engine was rebuilt and now features an Edelbrock 4 barrel intake, Edelbrock carb, electronic iginition and stock manifolds feeding dual exhaust. The Bubbletop also has power steering and power disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors. A stock later model Aluminum powerglide transmission was used along with the stock axle with 3:50 gearing. On the inside the Impala was given the full custom treatment without making the interior of the car unrecognizable. 1962 Impala bucket seats were dechromed and covered in tan leather with perforated leather inserts. The rear seat was covered to match as well as factory style door panels. The carpeting is custom loop that carries into the doors with matching custom floor mats. The dash was given a custom touch with a billet instrument panel insert housing the factory gauges. All of the lights and gauges are in working order as well as the horn and wipers. The trunk was also finished to match the inside of the car. The car has a great stance with the 20x10 and 18x8 inch Billet Specialties wheels with new radials. On the street this thing demands attention and is a pleasure to drive.  This bubbletop is nice in places that others cars just arent...cars with this level of detail are hard to come by, Dont miss it...
